Department of Veterinary Microbiology and Pathology Research Development Fund
This development fund will be utilized to support and enhance the research of faculty of the Department of Veterinary Microbiology and Pathology. Research is a fundamental component of the Department's mission in the three areas of teaching, research, and service.
Caroline Engle Distinguished Professorship in Research in Infectious Diseases
Funding supports the distinguished professorship position, currently occupied by Dr. Santanu Bose.

Ernest and Margaret Stone International Student Endowed Scholarship
The distributions from the endowment fund may be used to provide fellowship stipends to be used by the recipient for such things including but not limited to tuition and fees, subsistence, research expenses, and other educationally related costs. Recipients shall be non-U.S. citizen graduate students in the Department of Veterinary Microbiology and Pathology in the College of Veterinary Medicine with evidence of financial need.
Lt. Col. Ralph Fowler, USAF and Wife Ruth Maree Fowler Emerging Disease Graduate Student Fellowship
The proceeds from this fund will provide graduate student fellowships for Department of Veterinary Microbiology and Pathology graduate students who are studying emerging diseases.

This fund will provide technical, operational, and research support for the team of emerging disease researchers with the Department of Veterinary Microbiology & Pathology.
